Flower Headband & The Killer Snake

Happy Tuesday! I haven't shared what I did on my birthday, but it was wonderful! I woke up to streamers and balloons in the house. I LOVE birthday decorations! Like little kids themed birthday parties! I had to work, but after Dallin took me to a Brazilian grill which was so good! I ate way too much food and had too many Brazilian lemonades. Definitely worth it though. After he surprised me by taking me to BYU's ballroom dance show. It was incredible! I cried in three of the songs...I know, I'm a baby when it comes to brilliant dances. I seriously loved it. They were amazing. It was such a fun birthday :)

This outfit is very boho fashion. To me it's comfortable. It's one of those outfits that I could wear everyday. Floral headbands are in right now and to me they add so much to an outfit. I feel relaxed when I wear one. Weird? Haha seriously though. They're nice.

I was able to get my jeans and sandals on sale! Which it's always good to save some money! The jeans are not on sale anymore, but coupons.com offers great deals and savings. Be sure to get some Forever 21 coupon codes and American Eagle coupon codes to save on these items and more!

Ok....so the killer snake. Ariel and I were out taking pictures when we saw this spot that I'm standing in front of and thought it would be perfect with the lighting and what not. So when I started to walk into the grass this stick like figure caught my eye. It was a snake! Ok...I'm TERRIFIED of snakes. As in they give me panic attacks and raise my pulse through the roof! This was a long silver snake. Probably 2 inch fangs and poisonous venom just waiting for the perfect moment to attack. I may be exaggerating a bit and I'm sure it was more scared of us, but good grief I seriously hate snakes.

Reaction to the snake that almost killed me!!....

Bohemian Fashion

Happy Thursday! Tomorrow is Friday, thank goodness! Today one of my sponsors is going to share her take on bohemian fashion. I will definitely have to agree with her that I also love this look!

Make sure you check out Denise at The Lovely Bohemian!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi all! I’m Denise from The Lovely Bohemian! As you can tell by my blog name, I love all things bohemian. I recently uprooted my (comfortable/boring) life and moved to LA. I was a huge change for me that I couldn’t be happier about! I’ve never felt more free.
Since I’ve been in LA, I’ve been noticing that being “bohemian” is not so uncommon. I’m LOVING the boho fashion that’s out right now! I can’t get enough of these looks!

I love the way of life that’s associated with the terms “gypsy” and “free-spirit”. I wish I could live my life traveling around the world, meeting all kinds of different people. Is it weird that my ideal life would include not having a home but instead traveling from place to place without a care in the world? I would gladly sell off everything I had if it meant I could roam the world forever.

I’ve only been in LA for 8 months, but I absolutely LOVE it here. The freedom that comes with knowing only a handful of people knows my name and my story. There’s so much to do and see. Adventure around every corner. I can’t wait to see more of this great city and finally fulfill my lifelong dream of being truly bohemian.
