I'm obsessed with these new pants! I've been looking for some high waisted pants and Windsor had the perfect pair! Now neon...makes me so happy. With bright colors, it gets me so excited for Summer and it just seems to make people glow! Cheesy? I'm in the process of trying to find some neon heels. Seen any lately?? Let me know!
