My recipe of the week is some yummy paleo bread! Very healthy for you! No gluten or wheat. This recipe is super easy to make and doesn't take much time at all. My mom showed me this recipe when she was here visiting me this past week. I ended up making it the day after she left!

Ingredients

-1/2 cup creamy roasted almond butter (I got mine from Trader Joe's)
-2 eggs
-2 tablespoon honey
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 teaspoon stevia (Also from Trader Joe's)
-1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
-1/4 teaspoon baking soda
-1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

1.Mix almond butter with hand mixer until creamy.

2. Mix in eggs, honey, vanilla, and stevia.

3. Add salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

4. Mix with blender until ingredients are combined.

5. Transfer batter into a well greased 8x8 dish.

6. Bake at 325 for 12-15 mins

And there you go! Delicious paleo bread! I like to eat it for breakfast!
