Homemade Guacamole

Hey!! I'm Dallin, Jessica's husband. I tried to get Jessica to let me do a guest post about soccer, but for reasons that may be obvious to you, but for some reason aren't to me, she said no. So I will just have to settle with a recipe that I kind of made up myself.

Jessica used to hate avocado, but after I made this for her once, she loves it now! This is also in honor of Cinco de Mayo being this past weekend. This recipe is really easy to make your own and you should definitely experiment with different amounts of the ingredients and even different ingredients you think would go well in it. I don't ever measure the ingredients, so these are estimates.

-2 large avocados
-1 large tomato
-2 cloves of garlic
-half a lemon of lemon juice
-1 tsp. of Tabasco sauce
-1 tsp. seasoning salt
-try some other stuff!

Peel the skin off the tomato and cut into pieces. Add the avocado and lemon juice and mush and mix together with a fork. I like it a little bit chunky, but you can mush it however much you want. Add the rest and mix it. I like to chill it for a bit before you eat it, and make sure to eat it all that night, as it doesn't keep well over night.

Enjoy!
