First off...I have never even taken a regular beginners yoga class. No yoga for me. But when I saw Mikell's post I was hooked. Basically hooked on the fact that I HAD to try this out. It was nice to meet up with a fellow Utah blogger :) Check her out as well because she is just awesome! Thanks so much to Kelsey as well! Here are just a few photos of my first time :)
