Link Up with a recipe of your choice!

This meal was delicious! The chicken fell apart and was so moist. Easy crock pot recipe. Loved it! Definitely making this again!

Ingredients

(You will want to change it around some depending how much chicken you use. We did two big pieces)

-2 pieces of chicken

-1/3 cup soy sauce

-1/2 cup brown sugar

-1 can of pineapple chunks

1. Cut chicken into small pieces.

2. Add all ingredients in crock pot. Add the juice from the can of pineapple chunks, only the liquid!

3. Cook on low for 4 1/2 hours.

4. Add in pineapple from the can for the last 30 mins.

5. Serve over rice!
