Zesty Lime Onion Ring Burger

Hanging out with my family eating good food is one of my favorite things to do! Especially now that it's Spring(don't worry Summer is almost here) it's so nice to be outside enjoying a good meal that you don't feel guilty eating after. I have a delicious recipe for a zesty lime onion ring burger that is sure to have everyone wanting more! A great recipe for the spring time that's healthy and tasteful. You can use any sort of burger you would like. We used black bean burgers and I headed to my Walmart close by and picked up some of these Alexia all-natural onion rings which is the icing on the cake for this burger! They were right with the other fries in the aisle.

Zesty Lime Onion Ring Burger

For this recipe you will need the Alexia onion rings, some feta cheese, and the zesty lime sauce.

Sauce:

-1/2 cup greek yogurt

-2 limes

-bunch of cilantro(we used 2 bunches)

-pinch of salt

-1/2 of a jalapeño

Mix all together in a blender.

It's pretty simple. Add whatever toppings you would like to your burger then the onion rings, some feta cheese, and the lime sauce. It really is a great combination of flavors and perfect for an outdoor dinner with the family.

It's so nice finding food that is all natural and contains no GMO's. Alexia all natural products have 0g trans fat products. They have such a variety of organic products to choose from. This burger would pair up so well with either their rosemary and sea salt fries or the Alexia sweet potato fries with sea salt. Yum!! I want it all!
