Half Marathon

So guess who is running another half marathon...ME! It was one of  my New Years Resolution :) I'm actually just really excited to run another one. I thought it was a lot of fun and training for it is always good. Maybe one day I'll do a full, but as for right now I'm enjoying the smaller one :) The race is in October and I've decided to do a 12 weeks training program. Even if you're not going to run a race, it is still a nice program that gets you into shape! Anyone is welcome to join me. I started last night with 2 miles,
 so here goes nothing! 

P.S.-CT means cross training, meaning another exercise beside running, for instance, biking, 
swimming, roller skating!
