Aerial Yoga

First off...I have never even taken a regular beginners yoga class. No yoga for me. But when I saw Mikell's post I was hooked. Basically hooked on the fact that I HAD to try this out. It was nice to meet up with a fellow Utah blogger :) Check her out as well because she is just awesome!  Thanks so much to Kelsey as well! Here are just a few photos of my first time :)

  10. This looks so fun. I am loving Pilates right now, but I'm going to have to see if they do something similar in Arizona. How do they feel about you taking photos? Does it mess up their zen? ; )
